Comment on Our Experience Flying Arajet Airlines by Anonymous https://www.parentingtogo.ca/our-experience-flying-arajet-airlines/#comment-181532 Sat, 15 Mar 2025 09:35:07 +0000 https://www.parentingtogo.ca/?p=29949#comment-181532 I was excited to fly with Arajet, hearing is a new airline and trying to make a name on the market, but got disappointed. First the system at counter went down and checkin had to be done manually. It’s understandable, because things happen. Then I purchased priority and online the seats were 2 and 2 , bigger seats. So we were 3, my kids and me. When we got to the plane , it was 3 and 3 seats and small seats. We sat on a a very tight 3 seats row number 2, when a gentleman comes and says he’s on the B seat, he was right because I bought a c and d seats because of the configuration of 2 and 2 they presented online, must have been they changed planes and we got any seats. I think once you’ve got expectations and you paid for it is really disappointing not to get it. I just wanted to fly comfortably because my knees have to be extended and couldn’t do it on that seat that I didn’t purchased. Gladly the gentleman sat on the D (that was an aisle and more comfortable for him) and my kids sat together with me. I think the airline should give a better service or reimburse what was not given. I think image could be better. I’m thinking flying other airline, was just trying to diversify and have options, but there are 5 more that do the same flight.

I especially loved the suggestion about adjusting the saddle before starting. My kids were a bit unsure about riding camels on our last trip, but I think these pointers will help make our next desert adventure much more enjoyable for the whole family!
