Fashion Friday | Skating Girl

This year we finally got Little Monkey on the ice and by we, I mean the hubs. I’m useless at it despite having owned a pair of skates since I was 12 and living in Dubai. We only got on the ice three times and yesterday may have been our final skate for the season. It took us a while to get our gear together but we’re ready for it next year (hopefully she won’t outgrow all the stuff!) as spring is on her way and the rinks will soon be replaced by water fountains in the downtown core. Today’s Fashion Friday is all about Little Monkey and her skating gear!

When Yashy launched Baby and Life (now known at Parenting to Go) while on Mat Leave in 2011, I never envisioned being able to maintain such an audacious, at times hectic, life outside of our Downtown Toronto haven.
