I find their seats to be quite narrow so it would depend on the type of car seat you have….wide one won’t work and I’m not even sure our Diono would either. Any chance you have a CARES safety harness? Seat wise the configurations are probably 2 x 2 – right? So you have a couple options.. all 3 sit side by side with an aisle diving one parent. Or if you have a kicker on your hands, one parent could sit in front of your son’s seat so that all the kicks stay in the family 🙂

My husband and I are travelling for the first time with Porter and our 2 year old son, having a hard time deciding where to sit.
We are going to NYC, would you recommend we use a car seat on the plane?
